how do i know my new delivery form has been submitted?

When you click "Save" the page will reload. Scroll to the top of the page and look for the message, "The changes were saved." This means your delivery information has been submitted.

when will the framed photo be delivered to the customer?

Please allow 3 - 4 weeks after the new delivery form has been submitted.

when will the new delivery photo be loaded onto the website?

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks after the new delivery form has been submitted.

How can i obtain a digital copy of the new delivery photo?

Go to the Pierce MFG Flickr page. Search the "Pierce Photostream" by entering a job number or department in the search field. Click on the delivery photo and then click the magnifying glass icon on the next page. Then click "View all sizes" and select the image size you want to download. Then click "Download the [size] version."

can i get a copy of a new delivery photo for an advertisement?

Please obtain the consent of Pierce Manufacturing to use any images for use in advertisements or promotional materials. Please select "Sales" from menu on our contact us form to request photography or permission for marketing materials.

What is flickr?

Flickr is a website owned by Yahoo! to share photos. Pierce uses the site to share new delivery photos.

what do i type in the "bio" field?

Please enter your delivery information in the following manner: [Department Name] in [City], [State] took delivery of this [truck type].

How are multiple trucks in one order handled?

The customer can decide to have the photos taken in a group or as individuals trucks. If your customer chooses a group photo, they will receive as many framed photos as there are trucks in the photo. If they choose individual photos you will receive one of each. If you do not specify a preference by your Final Inspection, your customer will receive individual photos.
