Once a customer decides on a Pierce apparatus, they experience several visits to our facilities. Truck Stories share highlights of their experience. When you visit our facility, we don't just confine you to a conference room. Expect to make some new friends and meet the Pierce Family. Our customers know personally who is welding their truck's body or assembling their cab. They share a lunch break with anyone from finance to marketing to engineering.

We know you put your Pierce through a lot because you expect it to hold up in the toughest conditions. And so do we. So Pierce makes it a top priority to arm you with nearby service centers, training, and easily accessible parts and manuals online. Service isn't an afterthought. It's our focus.

A part of every customer visit is time to meet with the engineers designing your truck. And these engineers do a lot of listening. Ultimately, your department’s needs are different from your neighbors, which is why we listen and ask questions. We have no pre-conceived notions on what a fire apparatus should be; only what it could be.

Our customers want to know who is welding their compartments, pinning their aerial, or assembling their suspension. A part of every customer visit is a trip to "The Floor" where customers talk to anyone from our paint crew to our graphics department. We talk back explaining any and every step in the meticulous process that delivers each customer's specific apparatus.
