Nearly two decades ago, the family-run Thibault & Associates Inc. established a strong reputation as a trusted provider of fire truck distribution and emergency equipment. 

Through the company’s original partnership with Pierce Manufacturing, this precursor to L'Arsenal introduced Pierce quality to Quebec departments. Thibault & Associates Inc. then created a strong national partnership with Équipements Incendie CMP Mayer Inc. and Isotech Instrumentation to establish the cutting-edge L’Arsenal brand, which comprehensively serves the firefighting industry.

The current leadership team, cousins Louis-David Lemaire and Marc-André Lemaire share the same office in L'Arsenal which facilitates continuous communication.

The experience and knowledge of their partnership team has resulted in key investments in on-site and mobile service technicians and a strong supporting structure, including advisors and supervisors. L'Arsenal has invested heavily in top-of-the-line service equipment and technology, increasing service efficiency and support for customers.
